After struggling through the London Marathon earlier this year, I decided that if I was to do it again I needed help to structure my training plan, which is why I contacted Brian O’Shea. Brian devised a training schedule for me and has motivated me to stick to it. He has also helped me to improve my muscular endurance through toning exercises over the last few months. I now feel that achieving my time goal is well within reach as well as finishing the marathon comfortably.
