‘I have had high blood pressure for the past number of years that I urgently needed to address.
I also needed to increase the strength in my upper body as I felt that there was an imbalance
between my upper and lower body. I have been training with Brian for the past year and he has
taught me how to do a number off strength training exercises. As a result off this training my
blood pressure has improved dramatically. I have reduced my body fat by 10% and I have steadily
increased my bench press from 15 kilos up to 45 kilos. I have proved to myself that age is not a
barrier when it comes to achieving my goals.’

‘I have been training with Brian for the last 10 weeks. I always dreaded the thought of going
into a gym, so the fact that Brian comes to my house, overcame that hurdle. He taught me a number
of toning exercises, which I can now do in my own home. He also made out a diet plan for me that
I found quite easy to follow. Brian stressed to me that any lifestyle changes that I make should
not seem like a big sacrifice. As a result of these changes I have lost six lbs. of fat and toned
up considerably. I now feel a lot more confident in myself to go on to new challenges.’
